Shift Leader 
$14-$17 an hour – Salary depends on store location.

Shift leaders will perform duties alongside the management team;

<li>Food preparation and shift management.</li>
<li>Daily Cash, Labor and Cost of Goods control.</li>
<li>Training new employees. Implementation of training practices.</li>
<li>Planning, Assigning and Directing of work.</li>
<li>Addressing customer complaints and resolving day to day problems.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.</li>
</ul>

General Job Duties involve:

<li>Operation of all equipment</li>
<li>Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler</li>
<li>Prepare products</li>
<li>Receive and process telephone and internet orders</li>
<li>Clean equipment and facility</li>
<li>General Physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside.</li>
