Medix Infusion is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Spokane, WA. As an Account Executive, you will identify growth opportunities within local practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems to facilitate referrals and coordinate patient care. You will play an active role in account management and business development, building relationships with both internal and external customers.
Medix Infusion provides personalized home and in-suite infusion therapy services for patients with chronic or acute conditions. Our dedicated team ensures each patient’s journey is as smooth as possible. We offer a range of medical infusion therapies, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectable and infusion treatments.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prospect new clients, increase penetration across divisions within existing clients, and build long-term relationships.</li>

Required Qualifications:

<li>Candidates must bring an established and transferable book of business.</li>
<li>Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.</li>
<li>Ability to identify, qualify, and close accounts.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience in making multiple referrals calls to medical professionals daily.</li>
<li>Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Medix Infusion team.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using company email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office products, and company self-service payroll software (time and attendance, benefits, pay statements).</li>
<li>Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and use office equipment.</li>
<li>Sensitivity to cultural and language differences as they pertain to patient care delivery.</li>
<li>Basic mathematical computation skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform all the essential functions of the role with or without accommodations.</li>

The successful candidate will solicit the sale of bank services to businesses. Other duties and responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial data to determine the creditworthiness of the prospect. Provide secured financing solutions in support of working capital growth, acquisitions and debt restructuring for your new and existing clients with the goal of generating income and enhancing the Bank's overall profitability. With the assistance of the credit team, you will establish and negotiate terms under which credit will be extended, including costs, repayment method and collateral requirements. Prospecting and maintaining dialogues with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, businesses, accountants, attorneys and other centers of influence. Develop and maintain a direct calling database of prospects.Job Requirements
