We are looking for experienced Aircraft Interior Installers who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!
 
Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Prepares composite aircraft parts with high quality and strong attention to detail. </li>
<li>A successful Entry Exterior Finisher will learn the skills of finishing the exterior surfaces per our production process. </li>
<li>Exterior Finishers will be trained in various finishing techniques.</li>
<li>Sanding preparation and finishing of various aircraft surfaces such as; composite preparation, surface filler preparation and shaping, light primer application, buffing and detail, adding vinyl striping, laying and smoothing sealants, etc.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear a respirator and protective equipment as required, work in a fast paced team environment,</li>
<li>Familiarization with body/paint/finishing hand tools and a mechanical experienced background is a plus </li>

<li>Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts. </li>
<li>Remove rough spots from work pieces using portable grinders, hand files or scrapers. </li>
<li>Feather or remove tacks using electric or pneumatic grinders prior to welding beading pass. </li>
<li>Chip or grind off excess weld, slag or spatter using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders or arc-cutting equipment. </li>
<li>Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions. </li>
<li>Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas metal arc, flux-cored arc, submerged arc welding and shielded metal arc. </li>
<li>All welding on non-critical piping assemblies, structural and architectural assemblies, and any other non-high pressured piping assemblies. </li>
<li>Non-production welding such as the attachment of holding legs and hydro test caps. </li>
<li>Cleanup work area often and after every shift. </li>
<li>Produce quality product as required by customer specifications and regulation requirements. </li>
<li>Comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies and regulations. </li>
