You’ll work a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours each week, serving a caseload of approximately 65 students across five days.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Indiana SLP license
- Experience working with adolescent populations preferred
- Knowledgeable in assessment, IEP processes, and evidence-based therapy strategies
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing a mixed caseload between middle and high school students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions to students based on IEP requirements
- Conduct thorough evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and update IEP goals in collaboration with special education teams and families
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance records
- Consult with teachers, case managers, and other school-based professionals
- Act as a resource for staff and families regarding communication and language development
