We are seeking a Contracts Manager to work with clients and subcontractors on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the State of Florida. The new Manager will draft and manage the contracts and subcontracts for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more. This is an in-person position.&nbsp;
As a Contracts Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and leadership by helping them navigate complex agreements and make informed business decisions. You'll use your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to review contracts, guide negotiations, and identify risks contributing to the successful delivery of design-build, construction manager at risk (CMAR), and Public-Private Partnership (P3) related construction projects.
