The Patient Financial Counselor offers financial advice and assistance to patients regarding their medical bills. This position requires fundamental knowledge of the MMH Collection Policy, as well as the different options available to patients for financial assistance. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Responsible for financially clearing patients at ER, hospital bedside or OP registration to obtain cash payment or determine eligibility for various governmental programs.</li>

DRUG TESTING
