Brand Ambassador (Sales & Commission)
We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this customer-facing role, you will represent our company in retail locations, educate customers on premium telecommunications products and services, and generate sales through meaningful customer interactions.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote our brand and services
- Demonstrate and explain telecommunications products, plans, and promotions
- Generate and close sales while earning commission based on performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships
- Gather customer feedback to support marketing and business initiatives
- Assist with promotional events and in-store marketing campaigns
- Support brand awareness through social media and community engagement when applicable
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, product demonstrations, or event marketing is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license required
Compensation
- Expected earnings: $1,500-$2,000 per week
- Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission

Schedule
- Full-time
- Primarily 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, five days per week
- Day shifts with evening and weekend availability as needed
- Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends based on business needs
