A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED DIETITIAN (RD)
As a Long-Term Care consulting Registered Dietitian, you improve the lives of seniors by ensuring their meals meet high nutritional standards. You work closely with the clinical team to monitor the nutritional needs of the residents. You might be providing nutrition education, working on an MDS with the team, or formulating your nutrition assessment with input from your dining manager. With a commitment to quality, you provide guidance on all dining services, including meal rounds and sanitation best practices as well as ensuring regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You share your dietary expertise by training and providing guidance to dining managers and staff as well as assisting with policy development. It is also your responsibility to monitor the implementation of effective nutritional care systems. You feel great knowing that your work makes a difference in the lives of the seniors you serve!
QUALIFICATIONS

The Listing &amp; Marketing Manager is a key operations and brand-support role responsible for overseeing all seller listings from signed agreement through contract, while also managing the team’s marketing execution, CRM systems, and social media coordination.
 
This position plays a critical role in ensuring listings launch smoothly, sellers receive proactive communication, and the team’s brand is consistently represented across print, digital, and social platforms. In addition to listing and marketing responsibilities, this role provides limited administrative support related directly to listings, marketing, and client experience, as needed to keep the business running efficiently.

Listing Management (Listing to Contract)

Summary
In compliance with Federal Law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Working under direct supervision and with routine diﬃculty, this position is responsible for supporting the continuity of care for enrolled children in the program. This role ensures classroom operational supervision of children, health and safety, and quality program services, including preparation of meals and snacks in the absence of the assigned regular staﬀ member in adherence with all standards and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Assist with indoor and outdoor learning activities and learning environments, reinforcing behavior management and positive guidance/interactions aligning with the Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline, and other established evidence-based child assessment</li>
<li>Assist the supervising Teacher in the development of lesson plans and curriculum activities that support language development, cognitive, social-emotional and pre-math skills measured by the program’s individualized assessment tools and adherence to program compliance. Collect child observations and child work</li>
<li>Complete assigned documentation and maintain compliance with mandatory child abuse reporting protocol to ensure record keeping requirements and protocols for all standards and</li>
<li>Assist with food preparation, serving meals/snacks, cleans and maintains the food preparation and storage areas and equipment, and practices safety and sanitation in preparation and storage of food in accordance with established programmatic systems, standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Participate in the family style meal program ensuring table behavior and good nutritional habits in accordance with established compliance</li>
<li>Assist with screenings and follow-up activities to ensure regulatory compliance with development/health screenings and</li>
<li>Assist with parent/teacher conferences to ensure programmatic compliance with standards and regulations.</li>
