The OCM Manager will assume responsibility for the development &amp; implementation of an omni-channel strategy for Eye Care within the International Marketing &amp; Commercial Operations (IMCO) Team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Yard / Utility member, you will be in a fast-paced role that will ensure our yard and equipment is organized, clean, and ready for our customers. Every day, you will load and unload long-haul trucks, steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment, perform light mechanical work, drive a trailer to deliver equipment, and more!
WHAT YOU NEED
<ul>
<li>Self-starter drive who can work without direct supervision.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Driver’s license with a good driving record.</li>

Compensation: $17.13-21/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

<li>Provide day-to-day legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters, including hiring, discipline, performance management, accommodations, leave issues, terminations, separations, agency audits, unions, SCA, and international employment.</li>

<li>Manage and oversee employment litigation, including strategy development, case management, coordination with outside counsel, and reporting to leadership.</li>
<li>Represent Credence and our interests to opposing counsel.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and update employment-related policies, procedures, handbooks, and training materials</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and promote best practices in employment law compliance.</li>
<li>Conduct or support internal training on employment law topics for HR, management, and staff.</li>
<li>Assist Contracts and Legal staff with government and commercial contracts, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations, FAR/DFARS guidelines, company policies, and contractual obligations. Monitor potential risks related to contract terms and conditions and proactively implement mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Leading and/or providing guidance on negotiations with customers and partners.</li>
<li>Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions; communicating contract requirements to operations teams; managing contract changes.</li>
<li>Negotiating nondisclosure, teaming, consulting, subcontract, and license agreements.</li>
<li>Analyzes RFPs, solicitations, and contracts terms and conditions as required.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Member must be in good standing with the State Bar in VA or DC.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on employment and labor related matters</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 5 years in advising federal government contractor clients.</li>
<li>Significant experience handling employment litigation and administrative agency matters.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide clear and practical legal advice to non-lawyers.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li>
