The DuPont Clinic is a referral center for all-trimester abortion and ultrasound-guidedprocedures, including for abnormal or high risk pregnancies, and for people with complexmedical situations who may have difficulty accessing care. The Patient Care Guide (PCG) serves as an integral part of the team, creating a supportivepatient experience and ensuring patient safety. The PCG will report directly to the Associate Manager, Patient Care. Position Description
The Podcast Producer &amp; Editor, Executive Assistant will report to the Executive Vice President and work within the Communications Department to produce, edit, and guide the editorial direction of FIRE’s So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast. The role will also provide direct administrative and project support to the Executive Vice President.
The duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Podcast Production and Editorial Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Serving as producer, project manager, and editor for FIRE’s So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast.</li>
<li>Leading the recording and editing of podcast episodes and related social media content.</li>
<li>Booking and coordinating podcast guests, including managing scheduling and communications.</li>
<li>Conducting background research and drafting interview questions.</li>
<li>Preparing promotional materials such as show notes, transcripts, episode descriptions, and social media copy.</li>
<li>Providing feedback and creative input on episode drafts and production elements.</li>
<li>Ensuring the Executive Vice President is fully prepared to host each episode and that all production tasks are completed on schedule.</li>
<li>Tracking listener metrics and engagement data to help inform editorial and promotional strategies.</li>
<li>Reviewing and implementing SEO and digital audience engagement strategies for the podcast.</li>

Executive Support Responsibilities

<li>Serving as liaison for the Executive Vice President by managing communications and priorities.</li>

<li>Taking ownership of special projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.</li>
<li>Preparing meeting materials and maintaining organized, confidential records.</li>
<li>Assisting with book research and preparation related to upcoming book launches.</li>
<li>Performing other duties as assigned to support the Executive Vice President and FIRE’s Communications Department.</li>

This position will also perform other support functions for FIRE's day-to-day operation. It frequently collaborates with other staff members and departments on general duties and specialized projects. This position involves some travel, and occasional evening and weekend work is expected.&nbsp;

Salary and Compensation
&nbsp;The projected salary range is $60-75k based on experience and education level. We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to work the afternoon and evening shifts on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4 PM to 10 PM every week.
 
Additional hours will be available, based on merit and performance. Additional hours would likely be on Saturdays and Sundays in the afternoon, or evenings.
