JOB SUMMARY
At HCW Hospitality, we know that the smallest gestures make the biggest impact. As a Bell Person, you’ll be the welcoming face that greets our guests from both the hotel and the airport shuttle, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met from arrival to departure. Your service will help create a lasting impression.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Bell Person, you’ll provide exceptional guest service. In this role, you will:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Assist with luggage handling, room orientation, and transportation needs.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
- Assist with shuttle duties, as needed, ensuring company vehicles are handled safely.
- Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual who takes pride in making guests feel at home. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or related field.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
