Maintenance Technician: apartment and some light commercial. Applicants should have reliable transportation, good mechanical skills, good work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electric are helpful but not required. Competitive salary based on experience and abilities. Job duties include performing work orders/repairs in occupied appartments and commercial (office/retail) spaces, as well as apartment recondition work.
