Horizons Home Care of Holiday Health Care is adding a Psychiatric Nurse to join our growing team! Horizons Home Care is a locally owned and operated home health company offering in-home care to individuals throughout the Tri-State area. The Psychiatric Home Health Nurse will provide quality, skilled nursing in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care in a patient’s home. The nurse will have the responsibility of observing, assessing, nursing diagnosing, counseling, caring, and teaching.

Behavioral Health Nurse Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a nursing program from an accredited school
- Must possess and maintain a current, and in good standing, Registered Nurse license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to drive to patient residencies
- Must have 1-2 years of Behavioral Health experience
