Front Desk Agent

Superhost Hospitality Home2 Suites Evansville


As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Managing and resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Works well in a team environment and supports colleagues

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute.
  • Availability for varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What to Expect in Your First Few Months: You will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our hotel systems and procedures. Working closely with your team, you'll gain hands-on experience in managing guest interactions, handling reservations, and resolving issues.
