Snapshot: $110K base · $295K OTE + equity · New York City or Boston · On-site (4 days) · ~40% travel · No visa sponsorship · 3+ yrs quota-carrying SaaS
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a late-stage AI company (~500 people, Series E) building AI agents for housing and healthcare — streamlining leasing, maintenance, healthcare scheduling, and intake. At $100M+ ARR with 100% YoY growth, the company is scaling fast and top AEs are on pace to book $45M ARR annually. This is a full-cycle mid-market seat with real ownership and upside.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Engage C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to drive adoption. Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and expansions. Attend industry conferences to grow market presence. Bridge customers and product teams. Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing on scaling playbooks. Help recruit top sales talent.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: ramp on the product and mid-market buyer, and build pipeline. First year: consistently exceed an $800K+ quota and help refine the repeatable motion.
MUST-HAVES
3+ years quota-carrying sales with a minimum $800K annual SaaS quota and a record of hitting it; ability to manage complex sales (multi-threading, procurement); in office 4–5 days and ~40% travel.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Real estate or PropTech experience; experience selling into mid-market with multi-stakeholder cycles.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$110K base (USD), $295K OTE, competitive equity.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
On-site in New York City or Boston, 4 days/week, ~40% travel to client sites.
