<li>Oversee relationships with the ASPCA's banking partners, managing a $25M line of credit and term loan funding with sound debt and liquidity planning. </li>
<li>Oversee the real estate function to deliver facility renovations, and new facilities as needed, on time and on budget, in compliance with regulations, aligned with strategic priorities, and in partnership with the Facilities Department. </li>

Office Services Coordinator The Simons Foundation is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide support to the Facilities &amp; Building Operations department at the Simons Foundation. The Office Services Coordinator will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to accurately screening and routing callers to the appropriate contact, supporting office mail procedures, managing the team inbox, compiling daily guest registration lists, processing foundation supply orders, providing administrative support of onboarding and offboarding functions, coordinating meeting space, preparing various reporting requests, and supporting quarterly administrative network meetings. Purpose of the Opportunity The Manager of Individual Gifts is responsible for identifying,cultivating, qualifying, and soliciting mid-level ($1,000-$4,999)donors to raise significant revenue for Win. Reporting to theSenior Director, Major Gifts, the Individual Giving officer managesaspects of the individual donor programs (events, communicationscontent, solicitation) to raise funds and donor commitments insupport of Win programs. Donor Relations and Cultivation • Manage portfolio of donors supporting from $1,000-$4,999,including annual giving, from communications and engagement tosolicitation and stewardship. • Coordinate donor experiences involving Development and Programteams, including strategy development and preparation of briefingdocuments, formal proposals, and logistical support. • Oversee the acknowledgement and recognition processes formid-level donors, ensuring immediate, tailored, and accuratecorrespondence to donors, and on-going appreciation asappropriate.

POSITION OVERVIEW
SEO saw rapid and unprecedented expansion during the pandemic,prompting the need to grow and redesign our C-suite. RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising:

<li>Drive a strategy to raise roughly an additional $10 - 15m+ inannual revenue for SEO general program support and Scholars programsupport from a variety of philanthropic sources (annual giving,major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, alumni) andspecial events (an annual gala that consistently generates $8m+ inunrestricted funds and several smaller events focused on theScholars program and general SEO support).</li>

Reporting to IRAP’s Executive Vice President, External Relationsand Chief of Staff, the Vice President (VP), Development will be anintegral member of the IRAP team, and involved in theorganization’s overall strategic development. ABOUT THE POSITION As we embark on thistransformative journey, Symphony Space is actively seeking to buildcapacity and hire a Director of Advancement. A newly created role,the Director of Advancement will play a crucial part inspearheading our campaign efforts, building robust relationshipswith key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful realization ofour goals. As such, we seek a creative, dynamic, and highlymotivated Director of Advancement to develop and lead all aspectsof our $45 million fundraising campaign. With a seasonedprofessional leading our advancement initiatives, we will harnessour current momentum to secure vital resources, expand our reach,and solidify Symphony Space's legacy for future generations.
In partnership with the Executive Director and Board ofDirectors, the Director of Advancement will be a key member ofSymphony Space’s senior leadership team. The primary focus of theDirector of Advancement will initially be the capital campaign,working closely with our team of external fundraising consultants,senior leadership, and Board. Concurrently, the Director ofAdvancement will collaborate with the development department todesign a strategic vision for a multi-channel fundraising programthat identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual andinstitutional donors, and strengthens our annual fundraisingprogram.&nbsp;
RESPONSIBILITIES
 The responsibilities of the Director ofAdvancement include, but are not limited to, the following:

QUALIFICATIONS
 A successful Director of Advancementwill have:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, withdemonstrated job advancement</li>
<li>A deep understanding of and connections to the arts and culturephilanthropic community in New York City and nationally</li>
<li>Experience fundraising for a major capital campaign</li>
<li>A proven track record of setting, achieving, and exceedingfundraising goals</li>
<li>A strong background in cultivating, soliciting, and stewardingmajor gifts from individual, corporate, and foundationaldonors</li>

About the Opportunity
Synergos is seeking an experienced Managing Director, GlobalPhilanthropists Circle to lead our network of philanthropists, acritical and growing arm of our organization.
This position is a full-time role reporting to the CEO and is akey member of the leadership team. The Managing Director willmanage the Global Philanthropists Circle, a global network withmembers from 30 countries that supports values-drivenphilanthropists and social investors to better address systemiccauses of poverty and inequity. They will oversee and supervise aglobal team with functions including planning, project management,budgeting and financial management, staffing, mentoring,resourcing, marketing and evaluation. The Managing Director willhave oversight over relationship management as well as membershipinitiatives including learning journeys, member meetings,collective action initiatives, and other programs with a goal ofattract new members and retain current members
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Operations
<ul>
<li>Lead a process to clarify the value proposition, futurestrategic direction and sustainable business model of our work withphilanthropists.</li>
<li>Implement the strategic direction for Philanthropy at Synergosensuring adequate systems, staffing, and resources are in place tosuccessfully deliver on its ambitious mission and goals.</li>

Program and Business Development
<ul>
<li>Working with the Philanthropy team and other Synergosdepartments, design and execute a strong offering of products,programs, and services, including but not limited to membershipnetworks, collective action initiatives, and advisory service formembers that enhance their impact in line with Synergos’ mission,and drives continued/deeper engagement with Synergos overtime.</li>
<li>Design and execute a successful business development andresource mobilization strategy, in collaboration with other membersof the Synergos leadership team, for the global philanthropyprogram at Synergos, aligning to Synergos’ overall goals andmission (inclusive of cultivating new members; identifying andforging strategic partnerships; developing strategies for growthand diversification of income streams; etc.) Through membershipfees and grants, operate the GPC to provide Synergos withadditional unrestricted income to support its other programs andofferings.</li>
<li>Leading with humility, serve as a resource on philanthropy andinternational development trends for members and for other Synergosstakeholders, including the Synergos board.</li>

Team Management
<ul>
<li>Align the global Philanthropy team around a shared vision,strategy, and workplan, taking into account the diverse contextsand markets in which staff members work.</li>
<li>Assure capture of data on CRM and drive accountability,evaluation and assessment measures and systems to capture theimpact of the Philanthropy at Synergos.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 15 years of management experience, with a successfultrack record of managing and mentoring a global team, as well asexecuting strategic plans rooted in innovation, impact, andinclusivity.</li>
<li>Exceptional capacity for empathetic listening and authenticrelationship building with and across diverse sets of stakeholders.Ability to build trust-based, generative relationships with teammembers, (U)HNW families, donors, and investors.</li>
