<li>Experience with printing effectively on a variety of fabrications.</li>
<li>Communicate timelines and priorities to team and partner cross functionally.</li>

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000.

What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions
Within your first year, you will:

Become the first full-time Payor Customer Success Associate at Verse, with the opportunity to scale this function meaningfully over the coming years

Partner with Payor Account Executives to onboard new accounts and achieve the goals of account expansion, churn prevention, and customer education
</li>

Act as a trusted partner to customers as they onboard and grow with Verse, becoming their first call for feedback and issue resolution
</li>

Proactively identify account risks and implement mitigation strategies
</li>
<li>
Monitor product usage and creatively engage with customers to drive adoption
</li>

Collaborate to resolve high-impact issues with payor relations, operations, and analytics teams

Collaborate with customers to ensure timely and compliant documentation for successful insurance billing
