The Packaging Operator I is responsible for executing all production activity in the packaging area including operation of an automated keg washer/filler, operation of automated equipment related to bottle filling, necessary preparations for bottling, work-in-process product testing, CIP of all related equipment, and cleaning and housekeeping of all areas of the facility. This executive will shape the long-term vision, investment strategy, and creative direction for all traditional marketing efforts across existing and expansion markets.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate has deep experience with broadcast production, offline attribution, media economics, and multi-market scaling. This role requires executive-level leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to balance brand-building with measurable performance outcomes.&nbsp;
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;

Develop and own the firm’s comprehensive traditional marketing strategy across TV, radio, billboards, print, direct mail, and sponsorships to drive measurable brand awareness and case acquisition.&nbsp;
