Responsibilities
Lead our sales division by setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of high performance.
Coach and mentor individual producers to help them reach their professional and personal goals.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our market share within the Atlantic District.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align sales strategies with our long-term company vision.
Represent our agency at industry events and community gatherings to strengthen our brand reputation.
Requirements
Active Rhode Island Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Minimum of 7 years of successful insurance sales experience.
Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the Rhode Island insurance market landscape.
Strong analytical skills for forecasting and operational strategy.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
