We provide a spectrum of services from Skilled Nursing for short term rehab, IV therapy, wound care, respite care, palliative care, rehabilitative nursing and a full compliment of physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our staff provides nursing and rehab care like royalty, because at RegalCare at Taunton, our residents and staff are royalty.

Candidates must possess a valid MA-LPN/RN license in good standing.
