Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a high-commitment, center-based ABA Therapy program. As leading experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the academy's highly-trained clinicians develop individualized, one-on-one programs that help children break down routine tasks into manageable steps. This type of therapy helps children with autism improve communication ability, daily living skills, and the social behaviors necessary to thrive in school, at home, and in their community.
Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, in center

Registered Behavior Technician job responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training</li>
<li>Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the client's individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC</li>
<li>Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior</li>
<li>Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC</li>
<li>Utilize safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients and appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment</li>
<li>Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) </li>
<li>Must be willing to participate in the company's background check process</li>
<li>Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification </li>
<li>Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually </li>
<li>Must be able to physically perform this job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs and the ability to run/move quickly if required to do so for the interaction with and safety and protection of the children with whom you work</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with ability to do repetitive things in a precise manner</li>
<li>Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technology to be able to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong cultural competency with ability to remain flexible and open minded</li>

Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job DescriptionThe Fusion Center Operations team at Zoox ensures our autonomous vehicle completes missions by leveraging real-time remote human context to navigate complex scenarios.&nbsp; We are a multi-faceted team responsible for feature product development and structured testing and serve as the operations link between operations and software departments. You will work closely with leaders within the Fleet Operations organization and assist and interact with multiple teams across the company, including TeleGuidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product. Our Team Leads are disciplined team players who believe in doing everything it takes to accomplish the mission safely.&nbsp;&nbsp; As a Fusion Center Operations Senior Team Lead, you will lead a team of tacticians (remote operations, teleoperators, and mission control associates) to ensure they understand and execute both short- and long-term targets. Team Leads at Zoox are hands-on with their team, working with &amp; alongside them daily, leading by example to ensure all software and hardware tests are executed to Zoox’s high standards. You will be the field expert for tools, features, and functions related to TeleOps workflows, coordinating and streamlining processes supporting Fleet Operations at Zoox.&nbsp; Shift: 1st Shift // Monday - Friday // 7am - 4pmIn this role, you will:

<li>Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive, and open-communication culture and conduct written and oral performance feedback with direct reports at regular intervals</li>
<li>Support TeleOps and Fleet Operations Management through process improvement across safety and efficiency for the team</li>
<li>Work closely with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers within TeleOps to ensure their team stays aligned with Zoox’s overall goals.</li>
<li>Become knowledge experts on Zoox’s proprietary software related to TeleOps</li>
<li>Interact with contractors assigned to Zoox to answer questions, provide information, and ensure they understand and execute their job assignments</li>
<li>Support missions through a wide variety of roles</li>
<li>Act as a “player/coach” regularly and as the first point of contact to support service escalations&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as an Instructor or Lead within an operations team in a highly cross-functional environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency</li>
<li>Experience working in a complex technical environment</li>
<li>Proactive mindset and resourcefulness</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues</li>
</ul>
Bonus Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree</li>
<li>3+ years of autonomous vehicle industry or operations experience</li>
</ul>
Base Salary Range There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
