Seeking Full-Time Maintenance Tech for our 120-unit property in Chanhassen. Compensation includes hourly salary, on-call bonuses, mileage reimbursement, 401k match, paid time off, health insurance, and many other benefits. We value our employees and support their growth and development.
Maintenance techs perform property maintenance or repairs as needed, to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc.
- Boilers License is preferred, education/testing supported
- CPO is preferred
General duties include:
* Apartment turns, ensure that Move-in standards are met.
* Preventive maintenance according to established guidelines and schedules.
* Exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area maintenance, etc. (if applicable).
* Grounds care may include snow removal, trash pick-up, and possible landscaping etc.
* Complete routine paperwork
