· Working knowledge of general labor skills.

· Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
· Digging trenches, compacting, and backfilling trenches/holes.
· Operating and maintaining machinery and heavy equipment such as bobcat, loader, etc.
· Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up.
· Interact professionally with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors
· Other maintenance duties that arise.

· Basic landscaping.
