Iacofano’s Catering &amp; Events is hiring a professional Airport Catering Delivery Driver to serve private aviation and FBO clients.
This is not app-based or casual delivery work. Drivers operate in time-sensitive, security-conscious environments and are trusted to represent our brand at private airports and corporate aviation facilities.
This role is best suited for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following strict delivery protocols while working independently.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Execute time-critical catering deliveries to private airports, FBOs, and corporate aviation clients</li>
<li>Safely operate company vehicles (box vans and car vehicles) in compliance with traffic laws and company policies</li>
<li>Verify orders against invoices and packing slips prior to departure</li>
<li>Maintain proper temperature control, labeling, and setup standards</li>
<li>Follow detailed delivery and client-specific protocols</li>
<li>Obtain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) and immediately report discrepancies or issues</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with flight crews, FBO staff, and on-site contacts</li>
<li>Complete vehicle inspections, logs, and cleanliness standards</li>
<li>Refuel using company Fuelman card and upload receipts per procedure</li>
<li>Complete store runs and assist with packing or facility support as needed when off route</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications

<li>Comfortable using smartphones for routing, digital logs, and communication</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably</li>
