Your Typical Day:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of specifications and standards, acceptable construction practices, materials, methods and equipment used in bridge/highway construction and engineering. Thorough knowledge of mathematical functions, including algebraic, geometric, and trigonometric calculations related to bridge/highway/transportation engineering. Ability to read and comprehend bridge plans, Bridge Foundation Investigation reports, Contractor’s layouts, and all other documents associated with the project.  What You'll Do:

Source, recruit, and place Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and/or Dentists in permanent positions nationwide
</li>
<li>
Manage the full desk: client development + candidate recruitment
</li>
<li>
Build and maintain relationships with C-level healthcare decision-makers
</li>
<li>
Negotiate contracts and close deals
</li>
<li>
Use CRM and recruiting tools to manage workflow efficiently
</li>
</ul>
 What We're Looking For:
<ul>

1+ years of experience in a third-party recruiting agency
</li>
<li>
Proven background in healthcare recruiting (physicians, APPs, or dentistry preferred)
</li>
<li>
Full-time availability: Mon-Fri, 9AM–5PM EST
</li>
<li>
Strong skills in business development, cold calling, and contract negotiation
</li>
<li>
Comfortable working with ATS/CRM platforms and modern recruiting tools
</li>
<li>
Self-starter who thrives in a commission-only environment with support
