Job Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Performs CNC Swiss Mill machine setup and operate as well as programming that meets with B&amp;B Manufacturing Inc.'s requirements in accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness for part production.</li>
<li>The ability to operate as required on multiple machines, measurement validation, overall equipment operation and housekeeping for area working in as well as assisting in meeting or exceeding daily customer production requirements.</li>
<li>Being the primary source for operation of CNC Swiss Milling machines, processing, and executing all departmental and B&amp;B procedures.</li>
<li>Reads machining instructions and the interpretation of blueprints to determine efficient running of components to meet engineered drawing requirements.</li>
<li>Identifies, obtains, or recommends for purchase tools and fixtures needed to meet current specification dimensioning and tolerancing for current projects.</li>
<li>Clamps workpiece in fixtures or presses or mounts to ensure parts consistently run to print.</li>
<li>Positions and secures gaging to validate all dimensional requirements and makes necessary minor adjustment using wrenches and other hand tools.</li>
<li>Maintains set feed rates and rotation speeds of CNC Swiss Mill and workpiece.</li>
<li>Verifies conformance of milled parts to specifications, using micrometers, and involute checker (if available) or any other standard measurement device that validates the quality of the part being produced. Must have the ability to identify flaws and is responsible to inform supervisor or set up technician of the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, the operator is to stop production.</li>
<li>Shall compute necessary dimensions and applying knowledge of shop mathematics to ensure the consistent and repeatable accuracy of the parts being run.</li>
<li>Shall machine plastic or other nonmetallic materials as well as the process requirements to meet customer expectations.</li>
<li>Experienced with custom or production work, or with particular material, product or size, type or trade names of machines such as Haas-Robo Drill, Tsugami Swiss Mill etc.</li>
<li>Understands and practices, the B&amp;B Quality Policy.</li>

Qualifications

 We are actively recruiting for the position of Press Feeder for our plant in Brook Park, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare the plates by punching holes in front and placing them inside the designated color. </li>
<li>Assists Press Operator in removing and replacing worn rollers and adjusting pressure between rollers of press, using hand tools. </li>
<li>Load skids of unprinted sheets of paper on the feed device of the sheet-fed press, using the pallet jack </li>
<li>Inspect materials and products for defects, and to ensure it meets job specifications. </li>
<li>Push dual control buttons and move controls to start, stop, or adjust machinery and equipment. </li>
<li>Load the printed side of the job to the flipping machine and prepare to load on the press machine. </li>
<li>Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions. </li>
<li>Remove materials and products from machines and equipment and place them in staging position for the bindery department. </li>
<li>Record production and operational data, such as the number of materials processed. </li>
<li>Report any workplace hazards to management immediately. </li>
<li>Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards. </li>
