Position Summary
- Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills:Strong understanding and hands on experience with precision tools, machinery, and industrial processes.
- 2 Years maintenance experience, with proven CNC and manual machine equipment.
- 2 years troubleshooting machinery.
- Overall understanding of facility equipment, supporting equipment and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose.
- Must work well with others and act as a support function.
- Report to work on time, support equipment when needed, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow work rules and procedures.
- Be able to work alone and with a sense of urgency while managing stressful situations
- Use of required tools and analytics to troubleshoot, repair and maintain functional equipment
- Other various duties as needed or as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
- Advanced technical training, PLC controls experience, electrician,Plumbing, hydraulic systems, Pneumatic Journeyman or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Zimmerman,Cincinnati, Onsrud and HAAS equipment preferred

Language Skills
- Ability to read and write the English language.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform all the functions under their responsibility.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft office, internet).
Physical and Environmental Demands
- Manufacturing environment may be exposed to noise levels, dust, grime, and heat. Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to carry/lift to 50lbs.
