Required Qualifications

Prior experience in Design‑Build project delivery-particularly in assembly, detailing, or installation phases.

On-site safety credentials: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑Hour. Certifications such as EM‑385 or STS are a plus (training can be provided if needed).

Radius Aerospace– Hot Springs is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal parts and assemblies used in the aviation industry. We utilize a wide range of metal forming techniques and special manufacturing processes, servicing the commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation markets. 
Position Summary
Entry Level position that performs a variety of assembly operations according to work instructions. Setup and make adjustment according to blueprint and work instruction specifications. Perform a wide variety of compound tests, fit checks, troubleshooting, and rework on components and/or assemblies; follow-up with data entry and suggest improvements. Monitor and verify quality processes or other control procedures. Will also assist with inventory and cycle count.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Able to identify and properly use basic pneumatic tools such as drill motors, dotco's and countersink cutters </li>
<li>Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.</li>
<li>Prepares work to be accomplished by understanding assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists</li>
<li>Read and Interpret drawings, illustrations, specifications and identifies their relevance to the manufacturing of parts</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Assembles parts to subassemblies using bolts, screws, rivets, and demonstrates the proper use of adhesives.</li>
<li>Documents processes by properly completing production and quality forms. </li>
<li>Verifies all tools are in acceptable working condition including calibrated equipment and demonstrates the proper use of them</li>
<li>Good regular attendance is an essential function of this position.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency and functional knowledge with applications and activities</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Basic math and reading comprehension</li>
