The Director, Quality (GMP), will play an integral role in the Quality organization, focusing on quality and compliance support for the manufacture and distribution of Larimar's products. This position will provide quality oversight of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and service providers providing product manufacturing, packaging and labeling, and distribution for clinical development and future commercial use in various regions of the world. The Assembler will perform manual labor on a production line, assembling parts for satellite systems.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work as part of a production team to assemble parts.</li>
<li>Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.</li>
<li>Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly parts.</li>
<li>Utilize various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment.</li>
<li>Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.</li>
<li>Pack, seal, and move boxes.</li>
<li>Pick up, move, and sort small parts.</li>
<li>Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills:
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in assembly and wiring.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li>
<li>Experience with hand tools and power tools.</li>
<li>Sheet metal manipulation skills.</li>
</ul>
