Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Design of roof and floor trusses and/or wall panels ensuring designs are accurate, optimized, and conforms to design standards. Request sealed engineering drawings and/or repair details and follow-up to ensure complete when necessary. </li>
<li>Document all communication on projects and keep status updates current within scheduling software. </li>
<li>Provide job-site support, with the aid of sales department, when requested. </li>
<li>Perform accurate and professional material takeoffs using customer blueprints resulting in zero shrink. </li>
<li>Generate and provide accurate pricing for estimating purposes. </li>
<li>The ability to work on Single Family, Multifamily, Commercial, Ag and Production builder projects. </li>

Education:

As the Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, testing, and verifying product quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will support food safety systems, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Your role will directly impact product consistency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished frozen French fries</li>
<li>Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) in accordance with HACCP plans</li>
<li>Perform sensory evaluations including color, texture, taste, odor, and appearance</li>
<li>Verify product specifications such as cut size, moisture, oil content, and defect levels</li>
<li>Collect, retain, and document samples for laboratory testing</li>
<li>Calibrate and verify accuracy of quality testing equipment (thermometers, scales, metal detectors, etc.)</li>
<li>Inspect packaging for correct labeling, coding, seals, and case integrity</li>
<li>Monitor sanitation practices and GMP compliance in production and packaging areas</li>
<li>Identify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective and preventive actions</li>
<li>Complete quality records, logs, and reports accurately and in a timely manner</li>
