Instrumentation Technician (Process Equipment / Measurement Devices / Instrumentation / Control Systems)
We are experiencing an overwhelming demand for our products and services. Due to that we are looking to add an Instrumentation Technician to our growing team. 
The primary responsibilities will be to test/calibrate pressure, temperature and level transmitters as well as flowmeters, and other instrumentation equipment. Technicians will be expected to have a minimum level knowledge of pressure safety valves, Fisher control valves, Fisher regulators, and automated valves. This position would, upon proper training, be required to perform diagnostic evaluation, calibration, installation, and other commissioning functions of this material at customer locations. Other duties include but are not limited to being trained on the Energy Transportation Solutions product line and the programming of those products.

Job Overview
We are seeking one qualified Team Lead for 1st shift to oversee production operations and lead a team of 4–8 associates. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing and supervisory experience who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate and supervise a production line of 4–8 employees</li>
<li>Perform and oversee quality control (QC) checks</li>
<li>Ensure production standards, safety, and efficiency are met</li>
<li>Utilize a tablet and production systems to complete required documentation</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members and management</li>
<li>Understand and follow pallet patterns and production specifications</li>
<li>Train, coach, and support team members as needed</li>
</ul>
Pay &amp; Training
<ul>
<li>Starting pay: $19.00 per hour</li>
<li>Pay increase: Additional $0.50/hour upon successful completion of training qualification</li>
<li>Training period: Approximately 2–3 months, depending on learning pace</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1+ year of manufacturing experience</li>
<li>1+ year of supervisory experience leading 3+ employees in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read, and write in English</li>
<li>Basic math skills (assessment completed without a calculator)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience working on a production line</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>ERP system experience (a plus, not required)</li>
