JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible to ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and up to the hotels operating standards. Qualifications

<li>Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial cleaning within the oil and gas sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.</li>
<li>Certifications:

<li>Confined Space Entry Certification.</li>
<li>HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) Certification.</li>
<li>OSHA 30-hour General Industry Certification required.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license; CDL (Commercial Drivers License) with Hazmat endorsement preferred.</li>

<li>Technical Skills:

<li>Advanced proficiency in operating and troubleshooting high-pressure water jetting systems, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.</li>
<li>Expertise in chemical cleaning agents and their safe application.</li>
<li>Knowledge of tank and vessel inspection techniques, including non-destructive testing methods.</li>

<li>Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.</li>
<li>Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, including confined space entry, LOTO, and hazardous material handling.</li>
<li>Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and operating in confined spaces while wearing PPE.</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.</li>
