Primary responsibilities:

<li>Select art for job and RIP over to press.</li>
<li>Run job to perform first piece inspection. If required by gang, makes sure that job jacket is signed off and Supervisor check is conducted before running job.</li>
<li>Use the first piece to check quality of print during run and complete job. Place the first piece in the jacket to be used as a guide by future work processes.</li>
<li>When job is complete scan the job to the next work center and move job to completed hold area.</li>
<li>At end of shift operator cleans area and informs supervisor of any mechanical, material or ink problems that caused issues during the day.</li>

Possessing a functional knowledge of all survey equipment including setup, acquisition styles, and equipment limitations with respect to project tolerances and expectations. We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to efficiently operate and manage a rainware roll former/slitter. This role involves setting up and operating various functions of assigned machines, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring production orders are completed accurately.
Responsibilities

<li>Operate rainware roll former/slitter at shop.</li>
<li>Set up and operate all functions of assigned machines/equipment.</li>
<li>Adjust machine settings for different material thicknesses, clamp placements, and work order requirements.</li>
<li>Inspect parts using tape measures, scales, calipers, and computerized measuring devices.</li>
<li>Read and complete production orders accurately.</li>
<li>Perform secondary operations, such as cleaning, on manufactured parts as required.</li>
<li>Arrange parts for production and manage storage of raw stock, partially completed work, and completed jobs.</li>
<li>Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.</li>
<li>Conduct visual safety checks for machine wear, damage to tooling, and correct positioning of safety guards.</li>

Support the Plant Quality Manager in managing, maintaining, and implementing Quality and Food Safety policies, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure compliance with SQF standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

<li>Act as an Internal Auditor during monthly SQF Program Audits and weekly Housekeeping Inspections.</li>
