 Job Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li> Supervise a team of engineers and designers providing daily tasks and assignments</li>
<li> Provide training and guidance to junior engineers to perform their job tasks</li>
<li> Provide weekly project updates to management</li>
<li> Be able to do perform engineering calculations of drives, shafts, cylinders, and bearings.</li>
<li> Provide input to drawing development and technical support to the engineering team</li>
<li> Must be able to create a working solution to technical issues in a timely manner.</li>
<li> Be able to check drawings or designate a checker within the group to check drawings before sending to the shop or sub-fabrication source.</li>
<li> Must be able to provide AutoCAD conveyor layouts to meet the customer JPH requirements.</li>
<li> Understand basic structural / header steel design and coordinate with the Customer and Structural Engineering service provider.</li>
<li> Work with the P.E. for state certified drawings of all structural and civil drawings.</li>
<li> Be able to provide and create ABM’s, Work Orders for the shop and purchasing. Answer all questions from purchasing and the shop regarding the orders.</li>
<li> After award review and track project requirements Pre/Post Award Project submittals.</li>
<li> Work with the project manager on-site as required.</li>
<li> Be able to visit jobsites for meetings and field checks as requested.</li>
<li> Assist project manager and superintendent as needed quoting additional work requirement.</li>
<li> Maintain updated task list for the project being worked on</li>
<li> Assist the project manager with tasks as required</li>
<li> Must be able to provide chain pulls on CP Plus with drive balancing and drive drop out capability based upon the customer requirements.</li>
<li> Provide FMEA and FEA documentation to outside source per the customer requirements.</li>
<li> Maintain the knowledge of the latest specifications for the customer and keep up to date on the revisions as they are released from the customer.</li>
<li> Be able to work with and monitor engineering sub-contractor selected for the project.</li>
<li> Provide start-up assistance as required to the project manager and superintendent.</li>

 Education Requirements

<li> Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and/or 10 years automotive conveyor work experience.</li>

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Screw Machinist&nbsp;for our manufacturing&nbsp;client to start immediately&nbsp;at $25-$30/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client&nbsp;upon hire!
Responsibilities:
We are looking for Screw Machinists to join our team. A Screw Machinist will be responsible for setting up and running equipment to produce parts that meet precise specifications for the automotive, medical, electrical industry.
<ul>
<li>Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.</li>
<li>Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine the specific operation to be performed.</li>
<li>Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.</li>
<li>Set up and adjust multi-spindle screw machines such as:&nbsp;Tornos, Acme and Gridley.</li>
</ul>
Location: Kentwood, MI
Schedule/Shift Details: Third Shift: Sunday-Friday, 8PM-6AM
<ul>
<li>Can expect about 50 hours per week.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in machining (2 years or more)</li>
<li>Experience setting up and operating automatic screw machines (single- or multi-spindle, Swiss, or CNC screw machines), including loading bar stock, adjusting tooling, and making offsets.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading blueprints, including tolerances and&nbsp;basic GD&amp;T</li>
<li>Skilled use of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and comparators, along with following documented quality procedures and in-process checks.</li>
