The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
- \n
- Plan materials and determine machining and assembly sequences
- Set up and operate machining equipment to produce precision parts
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform machining, fitting, alignment, and assembly operations
- Complete secondary operations including drilling, tapping, deburring, and finishing
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance
- Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately
- Troubleshoot machining or assembly issues and support process improvements
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and inspection teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Support continuous improvement efforts and mentor junior machinists when needed

- Machines: CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment (3-, 4-, or 5-axis)
- Controls: Siemens, Fanuc
- Inspection Tools: CMMs, height gages, micrometers, indicators

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:
\n
- \n
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of machinist experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Basic setup and operation experience on machine tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
- \n
- Technical or trade school certificate with 2+ years’ experience, or 6+ years total experience
- Experience with multi-axis milling, turning, or grinding
- Intermediate GD&T interpretation skills
- Experience using ERP systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Pay, Benefits & Schedule\n

- Pay: $25 – $40/hr DOE
- Shift Differential: 20%
- Overtime: Paid after 8 hours/day

- Target Performance Pay: 5%
