We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing solar‑panel manufacturing operation as machine operators, where employees will learn to run automated production equipment, follow quality‑control procedures, and support high‑efficiency manufacturing processes. New hires will participate in a fully sponsored 2–3 month technical training program in China, working directly with experienced engineers to gain hands‑on experience in solar‑panel assembly, machine operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn advanced manufacturing skills, travel internationally for training, and build a long‑term career in the clean‑energy industry.
Responsibilities

<li>Manage Cost Take Out (CTO) efforts and risk mitigation plans</li>
<li>Drive DFX (Manufacturing, Assembly, Test, Lean) activities</li>
<li>Predict and Manage Product Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) Efforts to Aero RTY goals</li>
<li>Facilitate Production Readiness Reviews and associated Phase 5/C action closures</li>
<li>Interface with Production Cell(s) to ensure smooth Production Transitions</li>
<li>Provide Proposal ISC artifacts in IPDS Phase 1/A and Phase 2/B as required</li>
<li>Provide AME/ISC scheduling, planning, and budget management to Program Management as required</li>
<li>Understand, manage, and achieve AME HMR hardware delivery program milestones</li>
<li>Drive IPDS adherence for all ISC related items in the Phase Exit Criteria Assessment (PECA) check sheets</li>
<li>Achieve ISC Program Milestones, maintain required IPDS metrics and provide status presentations</li>
<li>Support AME HOS activities including standard work definition and tiered MOS accountability</li>

YOU MUST HAVE

<li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.</li>
<li>5+ years of Engineering, Program Management or Integrated Supply Chain experience</li>
<li>Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.</li>
<li>Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li>

<li>Product knowledge in valves, pumps, actuators, and environmental control systems</li>

<li>Knowledge of casting and machining processes</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, and MS Project</li>
<li>Position requires manufacturing and supplier factory floor exposure requiring safety shoes and glasses</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills including oral, written and presentation</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of manufacturing techniques and their impact on costs</li>

<li>Green Belt, DFSS, Black Belt, Lean, or HOS certification. Demonstrated ability in using six sigma tools</li>
<li>Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/MSA and other APQP elements</li>
