Zing Recruiting is seeking an experienced Quality Partner – Nonconformance & CAPA. Location: Remote (Must be available during Eastern Standard Time business hours)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $50–$60/hour

What You'll Do
As a Quality Partner – Nonconformance & CAPA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across the organization. You'll work independently, collaborate with global teams, and serve as a trusted quality expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Nonconformance and CAPA activities to achieve quality and regulatory objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Author, review, and technically assess quality documentation.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and actively participate in audit activities.
- Investigate quality issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement compliant corrective actions.
- Communicate quality and regulatory risks to executive leadership in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across departments to drive strategic quality initiatives and eliminate operational silos.
- Mentor and coach team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support Agile ways of working and serve as a role model for collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management.
- Experience working in multiple quality functions.
- Ability to independently manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and CAPA processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support global teams.
