🔨 What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building industry-leading cooling systems and custom equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling chiller units using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical components.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Installing, fitting, and securing components according to specifications.
- Supporting production activities including packaging, shrink wrapping, and material movement.
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
- Cross-training in additional assembly departments and custom equipment builds.
🛠️ What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production experience.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
Bonus Experience:
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Mechanical assembly
- Wiring or electrical assembly

⏰ Schedule OptionsFirst Shift
Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Second Shift
Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 1:30 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
