Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or associate degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education.</li>
<li>Preferred: CIRO/CARO certifications, experience with industrial refrigeration systems, and knowledge of electrical components.</li>
<li>Ability to work well independently with limited supervision.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills.</li>
