Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:45 PM – 1:15 AM
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Approximately 4 Weeks)

About the Position
Taylor Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Acrylic Design Machine Operator to join its production team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing and machine operation. No CNC experience is required—paid on-the-job training will be provided.
In this role, you'll assist with operating computer-controlled production equipment by loading and unloading materials, starting machine programs, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload acrylic and other materials onto production machines.
- Start and monitor machine programs following training.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
- No CNC experience necessary—training is provided.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 25 pounds or more.
- Stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Frequently walk throughout the production facility.
- Safely operate production equipment after training.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
