Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay: $17.88 – $26.97 per hour (based on experience) + Shift Differential for 2nd shift

What You’ll Do
As an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools

Follow work instructions to meet quality standards

Conduct in‑process quality checks and communicate results
-
Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product quality

Identify and report safety concerns
-
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
-
Rotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line roles
-
Float to different lines within the value stream after training
-
Identify common assembly bottlenecks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
-
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts
-
Manufacturing experience preferred
-
Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
-
Routinely lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 40 lbs

Work in multiple positions throughout the shift

Pay Details: $17.88 to $26.97 per hour
