Pay: From $19.00 -$20

5 am - 3:30 pm OR 3:30 or 4 pm - 2 or 2:30 am

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, inspect, repair, and test medical device components and assemblies
  • Follow detailed work instructions, standardized procedures, and manufacturing documentation
  • Handle and maneuver small components with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate production records, traveler documents, and quality documentation
  • Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software for documentation and production tracking
  • Perform routine manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment
  • Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions to manufacturing leadership
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure traceability of materials, components, and production documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

Required

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn electronic data collection systems
  • Ability to work with small parts and components
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production goals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision

Preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED
