We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Service Engineer to join our team based out of Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support for our CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on CNC operations and maintenance.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for service calls and installations.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Precision Machining, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and Fanuc control systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% total overnight
