We're seeking CNC Machinists with experience running CNC mills or lathes who want to work in a professional environment focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Available Shifts1st Shift

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week

2nd Shift

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • 25% Shift Differential

Weekend Shift

  • Friday – Sunday
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
  • 25% Shift Differential

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and multi-axis lathes
  • Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and fixture setups
  • Run both short-run and long-run production jobs
  • Make minor CNC program edits and offset adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Inspect your own parts using:
    • Micrometers
    • Calipers
    • Height gages
    • Precision measuring equipment
    • Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
    • Machine aluminum and steel components
    • Record production and inspection data using iPads and digital tools
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and support process improvements
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area

    QualificationsRequired

    • Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
    • Experience with CNC mills and/or CNC lathes
    • Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes
    • Blueprint reading experience
    • Experience using precision measuring equipment
    • Ability to perform in-process inspections
    • Comfortable making minor program edits
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Preferred

    • Multi-axis lathe experience
    • Haas mill experience
    • Advanced setup experience
    • Aluminum and steel machining experience
    • Manufacturing experience in a precision machining environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
