We are looking for skilled Technicians with at least 1 year of experience in a production environment at our facility in Medina, OH. Our Technicians are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations.
What Technicians do:

Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.
</li>
<li>
Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.

Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
</li>
<li>
Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
</li>
<li>
Teaming up with your co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.&nbsp;

Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.

What’s needed to be a Technician?

Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.

Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!

This role is not behind a desk. It's on the floor, in the action, setting the pace for the shift and leading by example. As a Production Floor Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily operations, guide your team through production goals, and ensure safety and quality are never compromised. You'll work closely with plant leadership and fellow supervisors to keep production moving smoothly from shift to shift while maintaining high standards and strong morale.
You'll be responsible for setting and executing daily production schedules, monitoring workflow across all lines, and adjusting in real time to meet deadlines. You'll coach, train, and develop employees, providing clear expectations and constructive feedback that helps people succeed. You'll enforce safety policies without exception, maintain accurate production and inventory records, complete end-of-day documentation, and ensure shipping and receiving processes are followed correctly. You'll also play a key role in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
This position is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to lead under pressure. You should bring at least three years of supervisory experience, a solid understanding of production processes, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Strong attendance, sound judgment, and a hands-on leadership style are essential. Experience with ISO standards, forklifts, manufacturing systems, or workforce software is a plus, but the right attitude and leadership mindset matter most.
The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with overtime as needed. The work is physical at times and requires being on your feet for most of the shift, working in an environment where safety, focus, and teamwork matter every day.
