Key Responsibilities:

<li>Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process.</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area while meeting safety and quality requirements.</li>
<li>Perform testing, calibration, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.</li>
<li>Discern quality of parts and materials prior to and during assembly.</li>
<li>Pick and prepare all necessary components required for window sash fabrication.</li>
<li>Lift and position window glass panes onto rotating suction wheels or workstations.</li>
<li>Apply glazing materials to glass edges and assemble aluminum sash components using mallets, fasteners, pneumatic tools, and silicone adhesives.</li>
<li>Inspect completed sash assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.</li>
<li>Load finished window sash units onto hand carts and label production batches with job information.</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and roll screen material to specified dimensions.</li>
<li>Assemble window screens using aluminum frames, spline, and screen rolling equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure screen tension, alignment, and finish meet quality standards.</li>
<li>Inspect completed screens for defects and proper fit prior to staging or packaging.</li>
<li>Safely handle screen materials, frames, and related components during production.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

 Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience with window sash fabrication, screen rolling, aluminum fabrication, or glass handling is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to read and comprehend printed order sheets, blueprints, and work instructions.</li>
<li>Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Knowledge of window sash fabrication, glazing techniques, screen rolling, and screen assembly.</li>
<li>Experience using hand tools, mallets, hammers, pneumatic drivers, cordless drills, pliers, caulking, and glazing equipment.</li>

About the position:
The Steel Trims Operator will be responsible for effectively carrying out operational duties associated with the shearing of steel into flat stock sheets, then packaging them to go to trim shops, this role will be working in a small team and will also occasionally operate the press brake.

· Operate overhead crane to transport steel coils to saw
· Operate cutting and folding machinery/equipment in accordance with relevant SOP to ensure product quality and standards are maintained in a safe environment.

· Meet all reasonable output targets as specified by the Logistics Lead.
· Carry out basic maintenance duties and maintain a good standard of housekeeping.

The 3rd Shift Production Team Lead will oversee and coordinate all production activities during the overnight shift in our roll forming production plant. This role ensures operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and achievement of production goals. The Team Lead acts as the primary point of contact for shift employees and supports the Plant Manager in maintaining a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Well known shop in the area is looking for a good machinist that can Setup/operate and read/edit G-Code. 1st Shift position is due to a long term employee moving with his family out of state
<ul>
<li>This person will be running two turning centers in a cell environment.</li>
<li>One lathe is a long bed lathe that runs larger parts, up to roughly 70" max. The 2nd lathe has live tooling and runs smaller parts up to roughly about 5" in diameter</li>
<li>Candidate must be proficient in GD&amp;T and have knowledge of steady rests and tail stock uses</li>
</ul>
Hours: 1st shift hours are from 630-3pm, not including OT. 45 or more hours a week is typical, which can be worked before or after the normal hours.
Starting pay: Mid-Upper $20's but can be more for the right person and skill set. Start accruing three weeks of vacation

Estamos buscando un Operador(a) de Producción a tiempo completo. que desempeñe un papel fundamental en el empaque de azúcar.
Tu día a día:
<ul>
<li>Levantar productos de hasta 50 libras compartidas de manera constante.</li>
<li>Realizar diferentes funciones en manufactura.</li>
<li>Realizar trabajo manual de empaque.</li>
<li>Manejar herramientas manuales y eléctricas.</li>
<li>Paletizar.</li>
<li>Informar de cualquier desfase.</li>
<li>Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.</li>
<li>Comunicarse y cooperar con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.</li>
<li>Seguir normas de servicio de calidad y cumplir procedimientos y normativas del departamento. </li>
</ul>
Habilidades para la posición:
<ul>
<li>Organizado(a)</li>
<li>Responsable</li>
<li>Dominio básico de matemáticas</li>
<li>Habilidad para adaptarse a cambios</li>
<li>Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita </li>
</ul>

Requisitos preferibles:
<ul>
<li>Experiencia trabajando en producción.</li>
</ul>
Horarios de trabajo: 
2 turnos disponibles:
<ul>
<li>Lunes a Jueves – 1:30pm a 12:00am</li>
<li>Lunes a Viernes – 5:00am a 1:30pm</li>
</ul>
