Job Title: General Production Worker - All shifts available
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Production Worker. The role involves operating injection molding presses, ensuring parts meet quality standards, and assembling the final product.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines and remove finished parts.
- Conduct basic cosmetic inspections, labeling, and packaging.
- Assemble parts, perform sonic welding, use electric screwdrivers, and pad print logos.
- Primarily stand at a machine or sit down for tasks, handling small parts and pieces.
- Occasionally use a pallet jack or dolly.

- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Attention to detail.
- Efficient communication with team members.
- Flexibility to work in multiple areas.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-level position; no previous experience required.
- Ability to occasionally lift 40-50lb boxes.
- Comfortable working in an environment that may smell like processed plastic.

Work Environment
The workplace is a plastic injection molding facility producing parts for medical, automotive, and aerospace industries. It houses 33 machines with mold presses ranging from 28 tons to 1400 tons. While the shop can get loud due to big machinery, it is generally manageable. The environment may not suit those seeking active or highly challenging tasks, but it offers stability and a supportive community.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
