Job DescriptionQuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inspectors to support manufacturing and automotive facilities in the Moraine, Ohio area on 1st shift. This position is responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Inspectors play an important role in maintaining product quality, identifying defects, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.
Hours - 1st shift 6am-2:30pm ** Overtime may be required after shift or on weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect automotive or manufactured parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming products
- Perform visual inspections and basic measurements using inspection tools
- Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements
- Rework or contain defective materials when necessary
- Complete inspection reports and production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team leads
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Vaiid Driver's License and MVR Report Tan
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35–50 pounds occasionally
- Repetitive hand movements and standing for long periods
- Ability to work in warehouse or manufacturing environments
Work Environment:
- Automotive and manufacturing facilities in the Moraine area
- Fast-paced production settings
- May include day shift, night shift, weekends, and overtime opportunities
