Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Play a vital role in medical imaging by utilizing your expertise in Nuclear Medicine and PET technology for a specialized contract position. Your skills will contribute directly to patient care and the accuracy of diagnostic outcomes in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification or registry in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT (N), NMTCB, or equivalent).
  • Experience in PET imaging procedures and protocols.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with imaging equipment, quality assurance, and patient positioning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with patients and clinical staff.
  • Ability to accurately verify patient identification and interpret physician orders.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time schedule with consistent shifts, details provided during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for PET and nuclear medicine studies.
  • Operate imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Effectively position patients and explain procedures to maximize comfort and results.
  • Maintain detailed records, following departmental and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the radiology team and referring physicians to ensure timely reporting and care coordination.
  • Uphold strict safety protocols for patients and team members at all times.
