Job Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to emergency situations.
- Initiate and maintain IV access, administer medications, fluids, and blood products as needed.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Assess, monitor, and manage patients with a wide range of emergency medical and trauma conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Accurately document patient care using the Epic EMR system.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Minimum 1.5 years of Emergency Room RN experience required.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Epic EMR is required.
- Experience managing patient ratios of 1:6 or higher.
- Strong IV therapy and phlebotomy skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced emergency department.
